You can only add a calendar using a link if the other person's calendar is public. The Post 5118 calendar is a public calendar.

On your computer, open Google Calendar.
On the left, above "My Calendars," click Add Add and then From URL.
Enter the calendar's address in the field provided. The address needs to be an ICAL link. The link you need is below copy and past it in the spot for the URL.
Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars." If you check the box next to the calendar it will show up in your calendar . If you do not want to see the calander just uncheck it  and it will become hidden. When you want to see it again just check the box and it will appear. If you want to leave it on all the time just keep the box checked.

The calendar will sync from your computer to your phone or tablet. When the post makes a correction or up date your calendar will up date as well. This way you will always be in the know.

Note: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.

Once you have your calender on your phone, tablet or computer you can tap on an event and get all of the information on that event including a map to the post if you are from out of town.

You can Down load this Google calendar to your phone,tablet,laptop or desktop but you can only do it from a desk top by your google account. Instructions are at the bottom of the page. Instructions only show on laptop or desktop.
